Shipping Rates listed apply only to the contiguous 48 states. We currently do not ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories.
Please note that select overweight / oversized items may be subject to a $20.00 freight surcharge.
Most orders will ship within 2 business days after order is placed. We ship UPS Ground, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, please provide a physical street address. Tracking numbers will be emailed when your order is shipped. You may call or email customer service to check shipping status.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship Camco Outdoors products to Canada at this time.
If your item is on backorder, we will call or e-mail you with an expected ship date. You may decide to stay on a backorder list or you may have a full refund.

If you are not satisfied with a purchase from us, please feel free to return it. We will accept returns on items that are unused and within its original packaging within 30 days of shipment from Camco Outdoors.
To complete your return, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org for a RGA number. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase and must include this RGA number as part of your shipping address. You will be responsible for return shipping cost as long as the product isn't damaged in transit to you, or if we shipped you the incorrect item(s). We will not accept COD or collect freight packages.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved your refund will automatically be credited to the credit card on the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for returns processing.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Canceling or Making Changes to your Order:
Please call us within 4 hours of placing an order to cancel or make changes to your order. We ship promptly and if your order has already shipped, you will have to contact us after you have received the product for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number.
