The hose shrunk after being in the sun.

The hose is nice quality. The end grommets secure nicely. The only issue I noticed is that I ordered the 25-foot hose and when I got it I attached one end to the water spigot and was able to hang the other end in my fresh tank fill up spout. Then a few weeks later I went to refill my fresh tank and the hose was about three feet short of even touching my RV. The hose shrunk by at least four feet. I had no idea that would happen, but I guess rubber lying in the hot sun shrinks. The only other thing is that I wish the hose was green or black so it would blend into the surroundings better. That’s one thing I noticed about Camco’s RV accessories - they are brightly colored. Their hose is white, their filter is blue, their sewer hose is orange, their chocks and leveling pads are yellow, etc. Maybe it’s just me, but I’d prefer all of that stuff to blend into the environment. That’s why for my sewer hose I went with Valterra’s Silverback because it’s black. Since my hose has shrunk and I’m going to have to get a new one anyway, I’ll most likely replace it with Valterra’s Ebonyline black hose. For my chocks and leveling pads I went with Stromberg Carlson because they’re black. The power plug that came with my RV is black so now all of the essential outdoor accessories blend into the environment and aren’t all crazy bright colors.
