Returns
If you are not satisfied with a purchase from us, please feel free to return it. We will accept returns on items that are unused and within its original packaging within 30 days of shipment from Camco Outdoors.
To complete your return, please contact Customer Service at info@camco.net for a RGA number. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase and must include this RGA number as part of your shipping address. You will be responsible for return shipping cost as long as the product isn't damaged in transit to you, or if we shipped you the incorrect item(s). We will not accept COD or collect freight packages.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved your refund will automatically be credited to the credit card on the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for returns processing.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@camcooutdoors.com
Canceling or Making Changes to your Order:
Please call us within (1) hour of placing an order to cancel or make changes to your order. We ship promptly and if your order has already shipped, you will have to contact us after you have received the product for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number.
