Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will not accept COD or collect freight packages, all returns must be shipped prepaid. Credit Card purchases that qualify for a refund will be credited to the same credit card account that was charged in the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
